Context Solutions provides
consulting services to a number of companies in the Southern African region.
Supported by a Masters Degree in Engineering together with seven years experiance in the
corporate IT sector we have a keen appreciation for the constraints of modern
business processes. Most small to medium sized companies do not have the skills required
to implement the significant business process changes involving the deployment of new
technologies. Often the wrong technology is chosen for the context. Often, where the
correct technology is chosen, projects are managed poorly, and unfortunately, where the
project is well managed, the human dynamics (resistance to change) are not taken into account. This
process plays itself out over and over again in the corporate sector, resulting in
end users who seldom are happy with the way that the IS department has delivered.
